Minimum requirements
- Relevant Degree in Business, HR or Psychology
- 1-2 years consulting experience
- Excellent Microsoft 360 proficiency
Key Responsibilities
TALENT MANAGEMENT:
- Support Talent Strategy Implementation: Assist in executing talent management strategies designed to align with client business goals.
- Performance Management Support: Help clients implement and maintain performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
- Succession Planning: Collaborate with senior consultants to gather information and support workforce planning efforts.
- Change Management: Provide administrative and logistical support for change management initiatives, such as workshops or communication plans.
- Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyse workforce data to identify trends and inform talent-related decisions.
TALENT INSIGHTS:
- Competency Frameworks: Support the development and application of competency models for career progression and performance evaluation.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organising and conducting engagement surveys, focus groups, and workshops.
- Support with implementation of various talent and skills assessment tools to identify skills gaps, personalised development paths and succession readiness.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT:
- Learning Program Coordination: Contribute to the design, planning, and delivery of training programs and development initiatives.
- Facilitation & Coaching: Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance employee and leadership effectiveness.
GENERAL:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of services and addressing their talent needs.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all talent management solutions comply with relevant labour laws and industry standards.
- Business Development: Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities to expand talent management services, building client relationships, and developing proposals for new projects.
Project coordination: Manage project timelines, documentation, and deliverables under the guidance of senior team members.

- Client Interaction: Build relationships and communicate effectively with clients, handling interactions independently.
- Project Design: Develop project approaches and contribute to overall project strategy.

- Team Management: Guide and support junior consultants, fostering collaboration and learning.
- Business Development: Recognise opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing clients.
- Expertise Building: Begin establishing a specialisation or area of interest within the field.
- Experience and Training: Demonstrate 1–2 years of relevant experience, supported by specialist training or certifications.
